What this website collects, why, and where it is kept.
What we collect
What you type into the partner-contact form: your name, your company, your work email, and - if you write one - your note about what your company does. And, if you use the “Ask the brain” panel, the messages you write there.
Why we collect it
The form: to reply about a partnership, and for nothing else. The chat: to answer you, and - in anonymized form - to learn which questions this page leaves open. We do not sell any of it, we do not share it beyond what this page states, and we do not send you marketing you did not ask for.
Where it is kept
Our infrastructure runs in Zürich (AWS eu-central-2), and that is where what you send through the form is handled and stored - the site, the form endpoint, and the mail delivery behind it. One thing runs elsewhere: where a model is involved, the inference runs on AWS Bedrock in Frankfurt (eu-central-1). We will not tell you that everything stays in Switzerland, because it does not.
The chat, specifically
Chat conversations are stored without your IP address or any account - there are no accounts - under a random identifier your browser invents for the session, and they are deleted automatically after 90 days. IP addresses are used only for short-lived rate limiting and are not attached to conversations.
How long we keep it
Partner enquiries are kept for 12 months, then deleted. That is long enough to pick a paused conversation back up - it is not a permanent file. The chat has its own, shorter clock: 90 days, as described above.
Your rights
Under the Swiss FADP (nDSG) and the GDPR you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will do it.
Subprocessors
Amazon Web Services only, in three roles: S3 and CloudFront in Zürich (eu-central-2) for hosting; SES for delivering the enquiries you send through the form; and Bedrock in the EU (eu-central-1) for the site chat’s model inference. Nobody else.
Cookies and analytics
None. This site runs no analytics, no tracking scripts, and no cookies - first-party or third-party. One honest footnote: if you dismiss the language hint on the English page, a single local browser setting (localStorage) remembers that choice so the hint stays dismissed. It identifies nobody and never leaves your browser.
